when I click on the text message informing me of my reservation, I shouldn’t have to add my reservation number when I get to the landing page that’s pretty old-fashioned technologically speaking!?!

Kevin was one of the best people I have ever worked with. He was kind and friendly and very helpful. He takes real pride in his work. I questioned if I would ever do business with u haul again but Kevin changed my mind and took care of refunding the dolly and made me feel good about using u haul again.

DMITRY RAdvertised 29 dollars a day, in the end was 100 dollars a day, moving is overly expensive before you rent a truck, these hidden fees took food off my family's table. Never will rent again, and telling all my friends and family.

Matt WThe trailer we got was pretty worn out, i.e. cracked fender, interior side bars loose, back door latch had to be pried open every time. Employees were very helpful but they could have explained drop off procedure better. I was there to drop it off at 9:30 as per the contract, no one was there but a person coming in to the storage let me in.(I didn't want to just leave it unsecured in the parking lot!) I took it off my truck and went to leave but found the gate wouldn't open without a code.I had to wait until another person was coming in to let me out! Perhaps you should give the trailer renters a gate code.....
MICHAEL MThe drop off process was a bummer only because there was no one there to help with the trailer. The facility closes Sunday at 2PM but drop off was by 5PM. The contactless drop off is fantastic with the exception that the larger trailer weighs a lot so having an employee there to support the weight with a jack would have been very helpful. Ending up using my car jack to drop the trailer. Overall best U-haul location I’ve visited so far.

RICHARD IPlease contact me. I booked reservation for 8am Saturday, and that reservation was changed to 3:30pm at a different location further from where I needed to move in town. It was then moved to this dealer location a third time for 3:30pm even further away. I will need the $50 credit applied you advertised on your website because my reservation was not honored. Samantha PThis charge is incorrect. When I picked up the UHaul, it was nearly empty and upon completion and return of the U-Haul. The gas was refilled and left with more than during pick up. This gas charge needs to refunded to me immediately as this is not accurate.
James WI use U-Haul all the time. This was the worst experience that I've had. I took advantage of the free storage this time because I moved across country and I needed to store a few things outside of my apartment that I'm just moved into. They sent me all over the world from different storage unit to different storage unit. I had to go sign paperwork for the storage unit at a different storage unit and then go back to the storage unit and then unload my stuff. Staff would not let me change my drop off location to a more convenient area considering they just made me drive all over and waste more gas. After I left and drop the truck off I then got a call from somebody at the location that I dropped the truck off at and they said that I owed them an extra $175. I asked them to break down why I owe that and they seemed very unsure as to why. I think that that's something that they should know especially for that amount of money. I told them that I was aware of $80 being pulled out once I return the truck for having it for extra days. But 175 doesn't make sense even if you add tax. Just never again will I use you haul this is crazy.
