The original drop off location no longer takes U-Haul returns. We were sent to this one and had no problems with our return.

John PWas overcharged twice today by UHaul. I had a 3 day rental & drove 77 miles & was charged for 3 days of rental & 300 miles. Horrible experience, pretty sure it’s not possible to hate this company more than I do presently.

LINDSAYRAE BEven though you offered a discount for returning truck to a farther away location, at the end of the day you are tired and don’t like to have to drive a lot further than a “local” drop off. But we appreciated the discount.

David TMy only critical comment is that the day after my rental there were two charges on my debit card, neither of which was the amount on my receipt. The two charges added up to $150 more than the amount on my receipt. The charges came off on their own accord and the correct amount was eventually charged but it had me worried that I was going to play phone tag trying to get things resolved.
Conan GDouble charged. Reservation was a mess. Have to call customer service and sit on hold or 5 hours today I’m sure to deal with it
RYAN KI booked online and even checked in ahead of time, adding my driver's license to the reservation and filling out all necessary information. Then the morning of pickup, I got a notice saying that this location was not set-up for 24/7 truck share and I had to wait until the location opened. Not only did I have to wait 30 minutes for the location to open, but I had to go through all the steps again as if it was brand new reservation, which took about 30 minutes - so I lost an hour that day. I should have been notified ahead of time that this location did not office 24/7 truck share and that I had to do the reservation details and pickup in-person. I will say though that the employee who worked at Advantage Self Storage was very helpful and accommodating, so he did an excellent job. But until U-Haul works out the kinks at this location, I do not recommend it.

Myra CWhoever processed this return made a mistake and tried to charge me an additional $70 for fuel when I returned the truck with a full tank of gas. The area field manager eventually spotted their error and refunded me, however, this should have never happened and is unacceptable.
