MICHAEL HPickup location was a storage facility. Fortunately an agent (not U-Haul agent) was there - not her normal day there - who helped with the phone app check-in/out process. I didn't ask for that process and was not happy being 'signed up' for it by U-Haul. The vehicle did not have the low miles on it that were quoted when the U-Haul agent called me the previous day to change pick-up locations (strike 2). Driving out of the "lot" it was immediately evident that the steering alignment was off as the truck wanted to drift to the right. (strike 3). Also the steering wheel was not properly aligned - 30 degrees off to the left - which blocked viewing of the speedometer, the high beam indicator, and the cruise control indicator (strike 4!!).

John HCalled me to return truck early 2 hours before they needed it for another customer even though I extended till a later time the day before. Lady on the phone was really rude and telling me if I do t return it early I would be charged $50. Her name was Mary

Tina VThe process to accept the truck and return the truck takes too long. 20 minutes to check out the truck via the APP. The APP is way too slow and does not explain anything about what to do with the lock after you get thru key and then at the end of the rental; where to put the keys. This required a call to customer service. I will never use the APP again for renting the truck.

Lisa KI reserved this truck the day before. When I arrived for pickup the truck was not there and they had no record of my reservation. I had to reenter data that was on my reservation. They made some calls and a truck showed up. They were helpful in finding the truck. I am not sure why I was given thjis location since the Uhaul on Bell road is much closer to where I live and they obviously had trucks to rent. The rating above is really more of a concern for how the Uhaul system failed than for this location.
Darrell NThis location has improved tremendously by changing management since the last time I rented in March (?) 2023. Nothing could have been done to provide better service. Thank you !!!

Jetuan WWe visited this location several times, during business hours, over the course of 2 days, and there was a staff member there only one of those times. We got our truck 4 hours later than we wanted and had to call customer service to ensure we weren't being charged any additional charges after we returned because of this.

RICHARD BVehicle was dirty, check engine light was on, it drove horribly and consumed the gas!
Kelaiah II received a bill that I should not have. I was told I would be refunded and the amount is still showing in my account. I will be calling back to get this fixed. This will be my third phone call about this and each time I have been told I won’t be charged. But still have the charges in my account

Fleming MThe girl in the office was rude and didn’t want to do her job. Then we had all kind of issues with the uhaul. The a/c kept shutting off, it wasn’t shifting correctly, the check engine light went on and when we went to get gas gas was pouring out from underneath the truck. Overall it was not the greatest experience.

Joseph KTruck was in poor operating condition. Ignition key could not be turned w/o fumbling with the shift lever. Driver's door did not latch easily; had to slam it hard to close correctly. Dirt and Styrofoam pellets in the van area. Head liner was loose above the windshield.

CHERYL PIt was closed on a Sunday. Had to do mobile drop off and couldn’t get help with my previous issues.
Austin WMy account said I didn’t have a reservation, which I did. I contacted UHaul for help, on hold for 45 min. The person I spoke to was great! Couldn’t contact someone at the place because they don’t open till 9am.
Peter BWindshield was filthy, and it sounded like the exhaust had a serious leak. I apologize that I do not recall her name but the gal who checked out the vehicle was quite pleasant to work with.
Robert DThere were no keys in any box when we arrived to get the truck. We had to wait on hold numerous times when taking to customer service and was told because , we had issues we would get a $50 credit which, was never applied. The return was annoying because, I have rented before but never had to go through the pain in the ass of taking photos and other stuff once I returned a truck so after a long hard day of moving that’s the last thing someone wants to deal with is 20 min of a non user friendly return.
