This was an excellent location. The lady was very friendly. Wished we well on my trip n my new future. I DO NOT BELIEVVE I EVER HAD A U-HAUL PERSON SAY THAT TO ME IN 40 YRS. My drop off location tried to scam me and make me do their job relocating the truck they are not wanting or going to use.. THAT WAS NOT PART OF THE CONTRACT I SIGNED! 98% of this U-Haul experience was Excellent. but the lady working the return local at the end caused the AA Rating. A contract is a contract!!!! If U-Haul had called and requested it that would have been a completely different situation all together. I'd like to Thank U-Haul for not letting me get stranded or die out in the hot deserts of AZ NM or TX. The truck had new tires was clean and was very well maintained. Air and radio worked quite well. It turned into a very long hard problem free trip for a 62yo... THANK YOU U-HAUL!

Gary MThe bed of the truck was filthy, and I didn’t know it until we got to my house to start loading it so the black crap that was all over the floor ended up being carried into my new house. There was also debris in the cab of the truck. The self mobile check out process with the log worked well as well as taking pictures so the dirty truck was the only complaint I had
