The rental truck had an awful sweaty smell. It's COVID-19 therefore it should be sanitized after every patron. I used my personal Clorox wipes from my own vehicle to wipe down before and after usage.Freeshell L.

My rental was for 9am, sat outside location over 20mins before someone finally opened up. Then there was no good morning, nor apology. So i call uhaul, Then i was sent a vip certificate that i was told i could use when i turn my rental in, which was not true. I was very dissatisfiedLATRINA A.

The management was not clear on the terms. Simply telling me I â€œcan keep the truck as long as I wantâ€ is not clear advice. I had to ask what the consequences would be over 24 hours. More charges! I returned the truck in 11 hours. My return notice said 24 hours. Management at this store is sub-par.Jennifer J.

On 12 Aug 2017 at 11:41 hrs. my wife and I rented a vehicle from U-hauling Columbus GA for an two-hour move. We inspected the truck and all looked to be ok. After getting to our location, I had a bug on my arm and was thinking it had gotten in somehow on the drive. After we put our item in the that back we headed to storage and out the up. And again, some bugs were on my leg just two this time. Got back in and start back to the location where we had got the truck from I started getting bites on my legs and arm so we pulled over to investigate and found that somehow the bugs which where ants had made a nest somewhere on the driver's side and where eating me up. The location was closed when we got back so we didn't get to tell them. 14 Aug I had to make an appt with my Doctor due to the amount of bites I had on my leg and arm. Res # 91272384Wanda A.
I gave it average because the new owners have yet to complete the renovations for the storage unit and U-Haul business. However, the service was OUTSTANDING. I reserved a trailer in the morning and was scheduled to arrive mid-afternoon, driving 7 hours. The owner called and informed me that the location closed at noon. He took pity on me and agreed to meet me when I arrived! He was courteous and helpful and did not make me feel like a burden. To my surprise when I arrived, I discovered that the owner was one of my own students from high school! I give this location high marks for the above-and-beyond service.MARTHA A.
