JOHN FKoda is the *real* MVP here <3 I don’t U-Haul often, but out of the times I have, this was the easiest, most hassle-free, and with the friendliest staff. Like, I’m gonna follow up with the recent MBAer. The truck was needed during one of the most stressful, life transitions I’ve had. So, to have such a utilitarian need go this smoothly, was priceless. 10/10
Tammy SLuckily they provide a phone number on your recite when returning. The business is far from the actual uhaul trucks. But the woman on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I didn't stay to record my milage and gas and they charged me a gas fee even tho I did gas up the vehicle. Gratefully they refunded it when I called about it. I would use them again for dropping off. I can not rate the quality of their trucks for I received my truck at a different uhaul vendor.

GEORGE LUpon leaving for an appointment to pick up furniture in Carrollton, Ga., I had a flat on the right front tire, had to wait for Roadside assistance to replace wheel and tire. We were late to pick up our item. Had to go the next morning, and, the item that we went for was sold. We were charged for the turn around to go back and go for the furniture we wanted. I called and left messages for management (Homer (TSM?), and was told that he will give message to Mr Quentin Cochran. I never received a call from Mr Cochran to discuss my billing. I feel that it would be fair to remove the mileage charge for going back out to Carrolton because of the flat and waiting time for the replacement of U-Haul's vehicle. Please reply

John BY’all charged me 600 for a missing truck that I delivered back. Also the truck was sitting between neutral and drive the whole time. Very unsafe. And it was almost empty when I got the truck. It also wasn’t the correct truck that I ordered.
