During the initial call the staff was very accommodating and while it thought it was just professional telephone behavior, I was wrong. When I arrived on June 25th I learned the professional behavior is the culture of the staff. I’ve rented from UHAUL several times over the years. This location is very different and their approach to customer service is not just better, it a very high quality of care. More importantly, other locations can learn from their approach. Going forward, when the need arrives, I’m going to this local and will insist to everyone else to go there. Thanks (916) z801-5952

Dorian PInform the customer of the text message you receive to document the interior/exterior condition of truck before leaving the lot. I have rented here twice, and just happened to see the message after I left the lot first time. Second time turned around and came back to the lot to document condition on the lot. Otherwise friendly professional with the rental process.
