UHaul was a complete disaster from start to finish and I will never be using you again if I can help it. The only helpful people from any interaction throughout this move were employees of each rental location. Difficult to find. Address is actually on the next street. This location is on a narrow dead-end road. Very difficult to turn around and nearly impossible to back a car hauler.michael R.

I've rented from this location on numerous occasions. Tiffany has always been friendly and professional. Rented a 10' box truck and it operated flawlessly during my trip to and from Upstate New York. Picking up, as well as returning the vehicle was easy.MICHAELEMERSON V.

The lady at the desk had a major attitude and made sure I knew she was doing me a favor by coming in an hour early so I could pick up my reservation. She asked if I knew how to hook up the trailer, I dont, so she had a guy that lives in the store hook it up. Except he didn't hook it up properly. We drove a hundred miles before we realized the light power cord was tore up from dragging on the road and one the chains not secured. Luckily, there was a Uhaul location at the next exit that got us right. The screw up added an hour and a half to our 12 hour drive. I would 100% recommend NOT picking up from this location. Online pickup app was very frustrating. No matter what phone number I entered for the 'additional contact' it showed an error and said the phone number was already listed on the account (which it was not). Ended up having to go in to the office. Their computer system was down so it took a very long time to get checked out. We rented furniture blankets as well, but they didnt have any so we had to find an additional U-Haul location to rent blankets. Not very convenientJAMES H.

People would not help me attach the trailer to my truck. After getting the trailer attached to my truck I informed them that the lights on the right hand of the trailer didn't work there response was don't worry about it half of our trailers don't work. They never even offyto change out and try new light bulbs. When I returned the trailer the workers just stood in the street and watched me disconnect the trailer myself and never even bothered to ask if I needed help. As a retired service member i've rented mini mini mini pieces of equipment from your company I don't think after this experience I will ever do it againRANDALSCOT N.

The staff had an attitude about returning moving furniture blankets back there. She messed up on not notating the paperwork from the other facility on military highway where I had to get the blankets (but they said I could return them to her store) and tried to blame me for her mistake!!! She called me on the phone and said if I didn't call her back by 5 PM with the number she needed she was going to charge me extra fee. She dropped the ball not me. She needs some re-training on customer service! I will never go back there or recommend it.SHANNONSLOAN W.

Directions to the location. It shows as being on Tidewater Drive but there is no access from Tidewater. I was also looking to rent a storage unit and asked if there was any specials and was just told "no". No information about units, availability etc.Scott M.

It was EXTREMELY difficult to DRIVE to this location as ALL maps, GPS services, and this businesses advertising FAILED to mention tat there is NO ACCESS TO THE BUSINESS based upon the address provided. When returning the uhaul. You have specific instructions to follow in which case I did. However, you should mention to add a zero at the end of reporting the milage number. I had to contact customer service because it didn't specify that. It said to enter the amount of mileage displayed from the odometer. Secondly, when inputting the amount of fuel that has been added to the truck. The lines do not match the same as they do in the truck. Especially since you are requesting to be specific on what the gages are showing you. I went ahead and took a photo to make sure the measurement matched what was displayed from the app. It was my 1st time using the mobile pick up and drop off. It would have been a great experience had there been better directions. Having to wait for a customer for about 20 to 25 mins didn't help either when trying to return the truck.Desiree V.

I had reserved a week in advance at the military location pickup day they called to let me know the truck 26" had to pick up at different location. What was the purpose of reserving and not putting it in the system.?Luis O.
