I needed immediate storage and they were readily available with what I needed. I was able to reserve my unit online, hassle free. Upon paying for my unit online, I was immediately given an access code to open the gate. A heavy duty lock was supplied and waiting inside the unit. That was great because I had forgotten to buy one in my haste to move. I ended up only needing the unit for 2 days so I called to let them know. I moved out of the unit, sent them a picture of it empty, as they requested, and I was actually issued a refund for the time I would not be using the unit. I was not expecting that, so it was a nice surprise. Communication was great. They answered when I called and also communicated through email and text. If I ever need storage again, they will be my first call!
