The app did not work well at this location, it took over an hour to get the rental started. Needed help from the call center to sort it out. I had the same problem turning in a rental at this location in June of 2023.

I was impressed with the facility. The manager was a very knowledgeable and helpful lady. I ended up renting 2 storage spaces close to each other. The rental units even came complete with locks. I will/would recommend this facility to anyone.

It usually happens that the locations have no idea about the equipment they are renting, the vehicle was clean but the location had no idea that the vehicle was in poor condition mechanically.

While a phone called often led to leaving a message, the property manager always called back and the different forms of communication (email, text, phone) were helpful as we do not live in the area. There was great follow through and they are clear about their policies and procedures. Would definitely use again!

Moving out of State from Celina, TN. Location is good, close enough to I-40. Newer storage place, and I needed climate controlled, had 2 units left that I needed. Being a veteran, I like that it's also veteran-owned. Young lady in office was very polite and explained thoroughly about policy. I feel my belongings will be safe from weather elements with extra layer of protection.

The most important thing to know is that you pay $50 on move-in and on the first of every month that you are there. It doesn't matter if you moved in on the 27th of the previous month: you pay $50 on the 27th and another $50 four days later for the next month. I assume it works the same with the move-out, so if you move out on the 3rd of a month, you still pay $50 two days before moving out. They don't make it very clear on the website. The storage space is smaller than the dimensions on the website. I think they might be giving the outside dimensions, not the actual usable inside space. But we were able to fit everything in. Because the storage is outside, there can be insects and/or spiderwebs inside the unit. I suppose it also gets very hot and potentially humid inside the unit in the summer, so that's something to be aware of when leaving your things there. The office employee was very friendly, but on the move-in day I had to waste quite a bit of time waiting for her because there was nobody in the office during the regular operational hours and nobody answered the phone number posted on the door. The move-out was quick, although they didn't give me a receipt which would have been nice. They make you buy their approved lock for your unit; any lock that you have - unless it's the exact same one - is not good enough, which is not very nice. They also make you buy insurance and there is no way to opt out at your own risk. But my stuff was fine during the three months it was there. We didn't have any problems accessing the facility whenever we wanted, including outside of the regular hours (they give you access code). We got lucky in that no one else was using the units around ours while we were loading and unloading. Otherwise, it would have been extremely difficult as there is not much space for the vehicles, especially moving trucks. If it's raining while you are moving in or out, prepare to get wet and bring a rug to wipe your stuff.

The staff was only helpful to an extent and I would only recommend this facility if renters insurance was taken out thru Affordable Storage. We had a climate control unit for 10 Mos at $90/$100 per month. The unit leaked water on the floor which ruined several of our pictures. Because we didn't have renters insurance thru them they would not cover our loss or even determine why the water was there. I felt some of our rent we paid them should have been refunded as we paid extra for climate control.

We have no complaints with Affordable Storage Guys, I suppose the only suggestion I could give would be there are quite a few ruts in the driveways where obviously drainage is and issue.

Could use a few more lights down the aisles, but i was always treated nicely and fairly throughout the new ownership change and would use the facility again if needed. I am very appreciative of the extra space I was able to use for my material items. Thank you so much. 😄

Kept increasing in price. We started many years ago at $60 and kept going up to $80. Was broken into twice. They said Bill wasn't paid. So cut our lock off and stole some of our stuff. Can't prove it but I know.

We have used this location for not just our uhaul but for our storage unit as well. Very secure. Clean. And the staff in the office is the sweetest ever. For our uhaul we didn’t realize we reserved a truck to small and she was more than happy to adjust our truck for us.

I submitted a review on this truck yesterday. I also sent an e-mail to this address 772006_AFM@uhaul.com. However, when I submitted the review on line, forgot to include the truck/equipment and plate numbers. This is the e-mail I sent yesterday. In that review I stated that this vehicle is, by far, the most well maintained U-Haul Truck I have ever driven in my 25-30 years of dealing with U-Haul. And believe me, I have driven some nightmares. One 26 footer was so dangerous to drive, I couldn't get above 50-55 mph because the front end was so loose it would start swaying around on the road. Anyway, this truck was an absolute dream to use and drive. Way to go!!!! However, there are a couple of minor things that need attention. This truck, as annotated on my review, had an issue with the front tire(s) causing a shimmy right at 68-70 mph which is an indication of a tire/wheel assembly balance issue. Below this speed the truck drove smoothly. There is also a leak above where the driver's seat belt height adjustment is. In the deluge of a hard driving downpour of rain, after about 15-20 minutes of driving on the interstate (around 60-65 mph) my chest started to get wet where the seat belt crossed it. I felt around and discovered that the d-ring at the height adjustment slide was wet and the water was wicking down the belt to my chest. Seems the leak is just above here behind the plastic molding where the sliding adjustment is. It did not matter where the sliding adjustment was, it continued to get wet irrespective of its location. This was not the original location we were suppose to use as a drop off. We got to the scheduled location and it was no longer a UHaul site and it was still listed on the website and on our contract. It had not been a location for months according to the new tenants of the address. We had to drive an additional 15 miles to return the truck to a different site. The person there was helpful and allowed us to return our truck without any additional trouble.

I had to prove the fuel usage due to them not reading it correctly , I had to back the trailer in and unhook it.. I don't feel that it was my responsibility.

We had to use the receiver hitch, which was installed crooked. My husband had to beat the draw bar in so that we could pull the travel trailer for which we rented the truck to pull, and we had a hard time getting it back out.

They couldn’t find the keys to me to rent the truck. It is advertised as a 24/7 pick up and drop off location online and at the location but they close a gate with signs that say no after hours returns and no way to get inside.
