We have used this location for not just our uhaul but for our storage unit as well. Very secure. Clean. And the staff in the office is the sweetest ever. For our uhaul we didn't realize we reserved a truck to small and she was more than happy to adjust our truck for us.Whitney A.

I submitted a review on this truck yesterday. I also sent an e-mail to this address 772006_AFM@uhaul.com. However, when I submitted the review on line, forgot to include the truck/equipment and plate numbers. This is the e-mail I sent yesterday. In that review I stated that this vehicle is, by far, the most well maintained U-Haul Truck I have ever driven in my 25-30 years of dealing with U-Haul. And believe me, I have driven some nightmares. One 26 footer was so dangerous to drive, I couldn't get above 50-55 mph because the front end was so loose it would start swaying around on the road. Anyway, this truck was an absolute dream to use and drive. Way to go!!!! However, there are a couple of minor things that need attention. This truck, as annotated on my review, had an issue with the front tire(s) causing a shimmy right at 68-70 mph which is an indication of a tire/wheel assembly balance issue. Below this speed the truck drove smoothly. There is also a leak above where the driver's seat belt height adjustment is. In the deluge of a hard driving downpour of rain, after about 15-20 minutes of driving on the interstate (around 60-65 mph) my chest started to get wet where the seat belt crossed it. I felt around and discovered that the d-ring at the height adjustment slide was wet and the water was wicking down the belt to my chest. Seems the leak is just above here behind the plastic molding where the sliding adjustment is. It did not matter where the sliding adjustment was, it continued to get wet irrespective of its location. The truck I rented was absolutely fantastic. This is, by far, the very most well maintained U-Haul Truck I have ever driven over the last 25-30 years. And, believe me, I have had some night mare U-Haul Trucks. Anyway, this truck was an absolute dream to drive and use, even in the extremely bad weather I had do drive in. However there are 2 things that need to be address. 1) There is a shimmy in the front end right at 68-70MPH. It is very smooth until that point. That tells me there is a tire balance problem. If it was present at all speeds, that would most likely mean the tire is out of round. That was not the issue here. 2) I was driving during a deluge down poor of a rain event. after about 15-20 minutes in this, I noticed my chest had a wet spot in the middle where the seat belt crossed. As it turns out, there is a leak just above where the Seat Belt's Height Slide Adjustment is. I felt around up there while driving and could feel the wetness on the d-ring at the slide adjustment and the water was wicking down the seat belt and onto me. You should really check this out.Tim P.

I don't think this comment is for the location but rather the uhaul company as a whole. I love the idea of using our phones for getting and dropping off the truck. I'm in my early thirties and technology is not an issue for me. I did find the process to e very annoying and difficult at times. My husband and I went together to get the truck and used my phone and account because I'm the one that set it up. We had to wait over thirty minutes to finally get through the approval process which wasn't a hard process but just timely. Then when he went to return the truck he realized that he had to have my phone to return so that lead to us driving way more than I would have wanted to on the day of a stressful move. I know that I could have allowed him to sign into my uhaul account on his phone but that's a process too. I just wonder if this could be made simpler.Matt R.

The location initially provided has been closed for awhile. We found another drop-off and all went wellDon W.
This was not the original location we were suppose to use as a drop off. We got to the scheduled location and it was no longer a UHaul site and it was still listed on the website and on our contract. It had not been a location for months according to the new tenants of the address. We had to drive an additional 15 miles to return the truck to a different site. The person there was helpful and allowed us to return our truck without any additional trouble.Joyce H.

We had to use the receiver hitch, which was installed crooked. My husband had to beat the draw bar in so that we could pull the travel trailer for which we rented the truck to pull, and we had a hard time getting it back out.brenda M.

They couldn't find the keys to me to rent the truck. It is advertised as a 24/7 pick up and drop off location online and at the location but they close a gate with signs that say no after hours returns and no way to get inside.Alec P.
