Hector LI returned a U-Haul that I originally rented in New Orleans and I returned it to that location when I got there the place was crowded with artifacts and things it was just hard to access Upon A leaving we discussed that I wanted to drop the U-Haul at the North Texas location near University of Texas because I was also bringing the dolly that U-Haul had asked me to bring and he said I could bring it at any location on Saturday I was called by the Burnet Road location in Austin saying that I needed to bring it to them and if I didn't bring it to that location I would be charged I should never have been in that position because this location should have put in the computer where I was going to bring the U-Haul and I was also offered an extra day because I generally offered to bring the dolly to Austin and therefore that should have been put in a computer also this was a huge miscommunication and it was a big inconvenience for me because I should have had one more day to access my U-Haul rental but I had to rush and bring it to Burnett Road because it was not put in a computer correctly I'm extremely disappointed

Shunda BNo one answered the contact phone number and the voice mail box was full. Nevertheless, I went to drop off the trailer and the man who was there was helpful in 'parking' the trailer in the lot.

Quincy HU-Haul reservations did not have the truck ready that I needed. No notification the night before about an alternate location.I went in for 7am pickup and was told this. Could not reach customer service on phone for next step. This location helped me find an alternative solution. They were very helpful with returning the truck.
Kenneth KAgain, this facility has no fleet of vehicles. It is a pawn shop / African trinket shop. The man was polite, but this is not a place I would recommend someone to go to rent a U-Haul.

Zykkia WYou need to give the person's locations when they tell you where they're going. So they don't have to drive all over town. The closest U-haul to the location where they'll be dropping it off. You tell them one thing and give them something else. People will promise you the world until they receive your money. I think customers need to be compensated when they have to drive. To different locations to pick up an equipment.
KENNETH PThe service was GREAT! The truck was clean and all equipment did what was expected. Great customer service, good communication. From the first person that rented the truck to us, to the person that checked us back in was very friendly. I would come to this location again for my next move, and I would also recommend this location to everyone.
Traci AUpon arrival at approximately 1120 AM , the gentleman came out to inform me that "We are Closed". Their advertised hours was until 3:00 PM. I told him that I had a scheduled drop off at his location that had to be checked in prior to 3:00 PM. He then call, who I assumed to be the owner and passed the phone to me. I gave her the serial number of the trailer and she said that she would send me an email to confirm that it had been returned. (Thankfully I too pictures of the trailer on their lot before driving off) Two hours later I had not gotten her email confirming the trailer was returned. so I tried to call them back but I got no answer, I only got a recording. I then called the Uhaul Customer service <ronald_drake@uhaul.com> who confirmed that the system showed the trailer still in my possession. He too was not able to get in contact with them. So I had to drive back to their location and insist that they return the trailer to UHaul so that would not charge me for an additional day. They were still there, "Not Closed" as he had previously stated, so I have no idea why they had not answered the phone for me nor the UHaul rep. I should not have had to devote these hours during a move for a task so simple and menial. I absolutely would not recommend this location. On a side note, I witnessed this location refuse service to a customer who was attempting to rent a piece of your equipment! Not sure if he was trying to rent a truck of trailer because he got the same response that I got initially, which is "WEW ARE CLOSED" so he never got a chance to explain what he specifically needed. Those are UHAUL Dollars walking out the door. IJS P.S. Customer Service agent <ronald_drake@uhaul.com> was most Helpful, He went above and beyond in trying to assist me in resolving this matter. He's a keeper. However this location should be re-evaluated as a UHAUL Vendor because of their less than poor level of customer service is doing to your brand, your reputation, and your bottom Line.
KENNETH MWasn't satisfied with dishonesty about hiding costs for daily insurance on truck rented and highly disrespectful to offer side deal with clearing balance that was not in rental agreement
Edward RThere was no one to assist, all done by phone and cameras. The person on the phone was very nice. The location was disgusting. The interior cab of the truck was disgusting. Did not receive the dolly I ordered- told not available. The lack of dolly made for a very difficult move, I am more disappointed about that than anything else.
