They experience with U-Haul was terrible. I looked online on the U-Haul app, reserved a trailer at a specific location at 2 PM. I showed up at the location and no one was there, I had to go through the phone tree on the phone with two different people to tell me that a reservation doesn’t guarantee a trailer. That is so ridiculous! Please fix your system that when I make a reservation, I can count on picking up the specific unit type at the location I book.

Tim RThis is the third location I went to in Houston. All were in terrible neighborhoods and unkept and even dangerous areas. This guy was nice. It was raining and he did not help. He was laying in floor in back of what looked like second hand clothing store. Dirty. Really bad area. Just wanted rid and get checked in. U haul needs to be more particular as to who they allow to handle their franchise. I’d be ashamed to have any of the three I went to represent a company for me. Terrible experience in Houston dropping off
