BOBBI FI rented two trailers at two separate times, and used the same pick up & drop off locations for both times. Pick up was convenient and quick. Cannot say the same for the drop off: location is unkept & disorganized, and hours of operation aren't very convenient. Drop off for the 1st rental was ok but nobody there checked in the trailer and I didn't realize I needed to do it online. It stayed on my account for around 10 days and the overcharge was almost $300.00; fortunatly, Uhaul waived that fee. I chose to drop off the 2nd rental off-hours and parked it next to the 1st drop-off, took pictures of both, and completed the check in. On-line check in is ok but I always prefer to speak to a human for pick-up & drop-off.
EDWIN HPoor customer service at best. Truck was filthy. I requested moving blankets and a dolly, this location had neither. Service engine light came on twice while on the road. I stopped because of it. Upon restarting truck it cleared. No one was there to give me access to the lock box that had truck key in it. Driver door handle was full of water and driver seat was soaking wet. I was very nervous driving it. I would not let an inexperienced driver use this truck. Upon voicing my concerns and grievances, Corey the regional supervisor was responsive and helpful. If it wasn't for him I would not use uhaul ever again. Thank you Corey for making things right.
Robert Ki wanna know why i got charged for dropping it off there
SKYE MNo personnel at this location at 2pm on Sunday. Closed Mondays & Tuesdays. Called 800# to confirm my drop off. Didn't need to talk to anyone on site so it really didn't matter. Received all confirmations & final receipt via email. All good. I will be making the same trip again soon & will make the same rental plans thru U-Haul.
MARTIN MThere was blood and hair in the cab of the vehicle. The windows had been left down and snow had accumulated in the cab. There was only 1/4 tank of gas, so a fill=up was needed before we started the trip.
Roberta NDid the self drop off and it's been horrible. The owner of the location was slow to do the check in and now Uhaul is trying to charge me an extra day after saying that the truck isn't there all day. It's been a headache and I won't use the service again.

KAHEALANI KThe dropoff location, Agawa Rentals in Manistique was CLOSED even though I was assured they would be open. The business is not open on Monday or Tuesday! What kind of business is not open on Mondays and Tuesdays?? I had to leave the truck at their property and take photos to prove it arrived undamaged. Overall, this entire rental was awful - my worst experience with UHaul. And - BTW UHaul - we HATE using your app. Get rid of it.

Amy H3rd party location. Did not know how to use the software which made checking in extremely long. Did not go through all the steps with us. The trailer we rented had a flat tire when it was given to us and we had to ask for it to be filled. Bed of the truck was dirty and we had to clean it out. The check engine light was on when we received the vehicle.

JAMES RWe did the online drop off, which we are not comfortable with, especially because the App was not behaving properly and we could not send the number of pictures as requested in the online tutorial. We waited to provide a rating until we know that everything worked out okay.
