No personnel at this location at 2pm on Sunday. Closed Mondays & Tuesdays. Called 800# to confirm my drop off. Didn't need to talk to anyone on site so it really didn't matter. Received all confirmations & final receipt via email. All good. I will be making the same trip again soon & will make the same rental plans thru U-Haul.
MARTIN MThere was blood and hair in the cab of the vehicle. The windows had been left down and snow had accumulated in the cab. There was only 1/4 tank of gas, so a fill=up was needed before we started the trip.
Roberta NDid the self drop off and it's been horrible. The owner of the location was slow to do the check in and now Uhaul is trying to charge me an extra day after saying that the truck isn't there all day. It's been a headache and I won't use the service again.
