The online check in is an awful, tedious process that is not fully explained when renting online. The numerous pictures, multiple alternate contacts is ridiculous!!! You had my contact as the renter, the driver's contact and my son's contact and you still requested a third. That's absurd for Uhaul to randomly call another family member or friend for verification who would have absolutely no idea why Uhaul is calling and probably wouldn't answer the phone anyway. Plus these pick up and drop off places are not necessarily to the best or the safest. Awful, awful, awful is all I can say and beyond stressful.

I was not given instructions on how to retrieve the keys for my vehicle and spent over an hour on the phone. I asked the manager inside if he had any access to the lockbox and he said I had to do everything through UHaul. After over an hour on the phone, I was told to return to the store and he unlocked it. It was a fairly frustrating process, as I wasn't given instructions from UHaul or the manager at this location.
