The inner windshield was streaked with a sticky fluid that I overlooked until it got dark, and it started refracting the light of oncoming vehicles. The seats and floor were acceptable as far as cleanliness was concerned. The cargo area was clean and free of debris.

Robin SI have rented from here several times in the past 12 months and normally everything is ok. However, this time my truck struggled to start every single time until I was 1.1 miles from returning it and stopped to gas up. I had to call UHaul roadside assistance and sit and wait for a jumpstart. I would like to be reimbursed for my time wasted because your truck left me stranded at the Royal Farms. My Uhaul reference# is 3243720 on 4/2/2025. Boom Down Towing LLC jump started the truck so I could return it to you.

SUSAN BI was charged a full day rental for keeping the truck an extra 3 hours. That I think is absurd and ridiculous. There should be a extra time per hour charge not a full day cost.

The cost to rent the uhaul was very nice and economical, so that wasn't the issue. But would like there to be a form of time stamp to ensure returning vehicle on time was captured. I appreciate the close location and ease of rental, the online rental system was nice feature too. Very good experience over all, for a fair price! Thank you!

BOBBIE TThe trailer definitely had something wrong with it. I should of declined the rental when we hooked it up. The trailer bounced all over the road. The coupler is very worn, it didn't tighten (tight enough not to fall off but lots of play). I'm sure the tires were over inflated. I've rented several U-haul trailers and all went excellent. RENDY ROne female office staff member was rude, hurried, and not very helpful on our first visit, including when just asking to use the restroom. When we unloaded our U-boxes over a few days, there were U-haul trucks and other vehicles parked in the space between the storage units so we could not even drive our car with the U-box trailers through or even close to the indoor storage door so we had to carry or hand cart our stuff, including some very heavy furniture, 10 to 15 feet just to get to the door of the indoor storage building. We did have a better experience on taking our stuff out, as the vehicles blocking the roadway were gone and the female office staff was busy but helpful. We found a closer climate controlled storage with more accessible space in another local facility.

Unfortunately someone was able to obtain either the code or had a code and was able to bypass my locks and enter my storage unit without question remove items and replace items. I paid my balance in person in cash and did not share with anyone that I had a unit there because of the same situation in a previous storage facility. 4, Not always friendly but they did there job. 5. Yes because outside of my personal experience it may not be the same for others and the facility for the most part is acceptable but I would however share with them what I had experienced.
