I had some issues that prevented me from returning the equipment on time. The staff were AMAZING and understanding. I will not rent from any other location. Top notch service!!!

The after hours drop off was very easy. I just followed the steps provided in the app.
DARREN GWhen I showed up at 4 to pick up my reservation. I was told it was stuck in scheduling… even tho I had the email telling me to pick it up. After speaking to the online support, I was offered a 20ft instead of the 10ft at a different location. Also found out how busy this weekend was.. so thank you guys for providing when I needed it.
Nicholas TThe person at the counter was outstanding! I wish it had a full tank of gas instead of half. That made it challenging to fill it up to half tank when I was finished... I only used a 1/4 of a tank.
