Lawrence MIt was a little bit confusing location at first, but overall -- that was find. I also remember ordering a Heavy Duty Hand Truck, but it wasn't there. Seems like I was not charged for that either, but the absence of it was somewhat confusing.

TIFFANY JI ---SPECIFICALLY--- made my reservation for 9:30am at a UHaul store, and on the day before, essentially at the last minute, some lame brain changed the pickup to 10:30am at Air Lollipops, 10 miles away. Pay no attention to how much this inconvenienced me, who was flying in from out of town, just do what looks simple to somebody sitting at a desk at UHaul. As it turned out, I waited AN HOUR, --- IN THE RAIN ---, at Air Lollipops, only to find out they weren't opening that day. Then a half-hour on the phone with UHaul, ---IN THE RAIN ---, to get the key, only to find that the dolly and blankets that I had ordered weren't in the truck, meaning I would have to go to the UHaul store WHERE I HAD ORIGINALLY INTENDED TO PICKUP in order to get the dolly and blankets. Could UHaul have BEEN any more inconsiderate?!? Two hours of my life gone, I wound up packing until 1am, all thanks to UHaul scheduling what was convenient to them with no regard for me.

Rickey WI would not recommend anyone to use U-Haul online. I made a reservation to pick up a keyless van at the mission location and when I got there, the online had me do a Lengthy and useless check in process as they don’t have keyless vans at that location. This is after hours so the office was closed. I called the phone support and they helped me get another reservation at a location within 10 miles and it all worked out after that. I did lose the help I had set up that day due to this delay. So be careful using the online service, it’s glitchy and you can end up losing money like I did.

zachary nReturning was very stressful, no signs and parking only on street which was a pain. Found out there was a closer one with 24hr drop off next to where we were staying. So totally went out of the way.

JOHN TNOTE: This is not a review for Air Lollipops, just the Uhaul drop off. Uhaul drop off here is terrible. There is no lot, just street parking with restrictions on how long you can park there. If it's a weekday, you have to pay at the meter. It was a Sunday, and no one was at the store. We wandered around, tried calling the store, tried ringing the doorbell - nothing. Uhaul app also did not work (in Firefox or the native Android browser. Maybe it works in Chrome, haven't tried but don't use Chrome for privacy reasons). I tried filling out the mobile return form, and it wouldn't allow me to upload photos and just gave me a "thanks for returning your vehicle!" so we dropped the key in the slot. We called later to find out that the return process hadn't gone through and they charged us a fee for an extra day. I'm in the process of trying to get that money back, and customer service has been pretty resistant. In summary, don't drop your Uhaul off here at any time the store isn't open. You will not get help and Uhaul will use this opportunity to extract as much money from you as possible.
