All personell at the airport location were very pleasant but we felt bad for them since they were all learning the Uhaul system and admitted it easily. The truck hadn't been cleaned out front or back, and we had to rob another trucks fuses to replace the blown trailer lights fuse. The manager or owner was called for assistance but was too busy to come help! Uhauls fuel protocol involving partial filling of the fuel tank is utterly rediculous!!!! Penske's way of recieving a vehicle full of fuel and returning a vehicle full is so much more professional and thought out for the customer!!! My thanks to Courtney and the others at the airport location for doing all they could to help us!
