Everything was excellent!! The service and( knowledge of all things relating to the rental experience) was great! She worked hard to fit us with what was best for our needs! I will visit the location again on New airport rd. In Lagrange Ga with my next move. I have told others already of my great experience!! I rented Saturday at 9:00 am! I don’t remember the employee’s name but she was the only one available at that time.!! Please give her a “thank you” from me!!

ashlee CI have no problem with location my problem is wih fees and I assume Uhaul sets them You have too many stupid charges to the total amount in my case total $63.71 Environmental fee $1.00....why ? Vehicle license recovery fee $1.60 ...why ? Rental tax $4.17 .....why Uhaul quit ripping people off
Darren LAll personell at the airport location were very pleasant but we felt bad for them since they were all learning the Uhaul system and admitted it easily. The truck hadn't been cleaned out front or back, and we had to rob another trucks fuses to replace the blown trailer lights fuse. The manager or owner was called for assistance but was too busy to come help! Uhauls fuel protocol involving partial filling of the fuel tank is utterly rediculous!!!! Penske's way of recieving a vehicle full of fuel and returning a vehicle full is so much more professional and thought out for the customer!!! My thanks to Courtney and the others at the airport location for doing all they could to help us!
