The truck was clean, but the back lift door needs to be lubricated. it is very stiff. Truck is parked behind the main building. UHaul equipment is not visible from the front of the store. It is hidden in back. Would not be a good night return place with poor lighting. The app gave me great trouble, not able to take pictures with my phone camera. Needed to walk back to the front of the store to resolve the issue with the person who had to call the regional office. Must be new to the business.

The app was a little slow and wouldn't let me submit pictures when dropping the truck back off, but having that option so I could pick up and drop off outside of normal operating hours was very convenient. The truck was well maintained. No issues. I got a utility dolly instead of a furniture dolly, but we made it work. I'd choose this service again.
