Frederick BIt didn’t have the utility dolly and having to drive over to the location with the dollys would have been more gas and time, so jt was not ideal. But thankfully we just made due.
Brittany BThe truck was very easy to locate. However, the lock box was a bit more challenging to find. I did not realize that it was located on the wall outside the entrance of the hardware store listed as the location of the parking lot. I think a picture of where to find the lock box would be helpful for future customers. I am also clicking yes for the equipment being clean, even though we found a water bottle, lid to a container, and furniture blankets strewn around. It was messy, but clean.

Alberto LThe truck was clean, but the back lift door needs to be lubricated. it is very stiff. Truck is parked behind the main building. UHaul equipment is not visible from the front of the store. It is hidden in back. Would not be a good night return place with poor lighting. The app gave me great trouble, not able to take pictures with my phone camera. Needed to walk back to the front of the store to resolve the issue with the person who had to call the regional office. Must be new to the business.
Rodney MThe app was a little slow and wouldn't let me submit pictures when dropping the truck back off, but having that option so I could pick up and drop off outside of normal operating hours was very convenient. The truck was well maintained. No issues. I got a utility dolly instead of a furniture dolly, but we made it work. I'd choose this service again.
