I actually thought that it would be hard to drive it, long distance, but it's just like driving a van. No problem for any woman to accomplish this.

Ralph MOn March 19, 2025, my experience with U-Haul was terrible. Mobile rentals only work effectively when there are staff members onsite to assist with any issues. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the location, there was no one in sight, and I didn’t receive any instructions on what to do. I wasted 20 minutes searching for someone to help me. I ended up calling customer service and spoke with Victoria. I had ordered a dolly for furniture and appliances, along with five furniture pads. After finally managing to open the complicated lock, I discovered that the back of the truck only contained a key—no dolly was included. Victoria was supposed to adjust my order. When I returned the truck, I had to call customer service again. This time, I spoke with Margie and explained that I still did not have the equipment I needed to complete my move on time. She made a note of it and transferred me to Diana, who documented my situation and walked me through the return process. Two days later, I had not received a final invoice, so I called again. The invoice still listed the furniture dolly, appliance dolly, and furniture pads. I spoke with Thomas and Erika, both of whom assured me that the extra items had been removed from the invoice, but they never were. Additionally, they charged me for returning the truck late, despite my explanation that the delay was due to not having the necessary equipment (dollies). I’m requesting a full refund!
KaTrena MBetter for online pickup, not counter pickup. No guarantee the U-Haul representative will be at location at desired time. Also, requested supplies were not included; had to run around town to get supplies, and never got all the supplies originally reserved.
Lisa CWe are a long time customer. We have 2 A/C storage units at the Mesa Butte Court facility for a specific reason, to be able to rent a truck there too. We are an event company and it's very convenient to rent the truck at the same place as our storage. However, the last 2 rentals I've had to go to a different location to get my truck. I'm treated like a "one-off" rental when in fact I rent from y'all 2 or 3 times a year. I feel U-Haul should bring the truck to the location of rental. Why put the customer out when we are paying for this service. My overall experience in renting a truck from U-Haul is not good because at the last minute they change my rental location.
ROBERT FThe wrap on the trailer was in terrible condition and needs to be replaced. This is not the fault of the location. The trailer is just due to be wrapped again.

Allen HMy problem is that I was charged double for trailer insurance at the pickup location. I do not recall being asked over the phone to add insurance when I setup the reservation. So when I picked it up, the rep asked me if I wanted insurance for $7. It was on his phone in the parking lot so I could not read the entire invoice. When I discovered the problem, he said it's too late to adjust it with him and to contact Uhaul customer support. I did this and they refused to make the adjustment. My bill started at $110+tax and ended up $172, quite a difference.
Kurt PI cannot comment regarding location cleanliness or personnel helpfulness as there was no one there and I did not get inside. It was very frustrating. A sign told me to leave equipment and check it in with the app. I downloaded the app but was not able to complete setting it up due to a problem on your end, please try again in a few minutes. I did that several times before finally getting fed up with the whole thing and leaving the trailer.
