It was fine in overall. In the beginning, it was very hard to find a person to reach and take the keys to the truck. Nobody was there, no office, no sign, no doors. After searching under the severe summer heat for about 15 minutes, I found a handwritten phone number. I called it and there he was. I didn't need a bigger truck, but the one I rented didn't have the loading ramp. That was bad. Why should I rent a bigger truck just for a loading ramp? All the trucks must have the loading ramp.
AHMED SWent during business hours. They have a return station with a sign instructing you someone would assist you. No one was presence. Horned occasionally for 15+ minutes. Nothing. Tried checking out via uhaul app, app told me to go to customer service counter. Did I mention no one was present?
Rod DU-hual moved around some folks to make sure I had assistance when I arrived--greatly appreciated that. Great help and attention to detail hitching and good instructions. Painless check-out, bill as expected.
TJ PHave someone present if you need them to enter your office for something that should have been readily available.
