My original agreed location was changed. And I’m paying for mileage. Then there was no dolly with the truck. No one was at the location when I arrived with no notice of how to locate the truck in behind the building. Not professional at all. Then of course no one at location when returning truck. No explaination how to return the truck

Reserved a trailer at one location only to find out when I got there to pick up the trailer that they changed the pickup location without notifying me. Said I would receive a discount for my inconvenience but I paid full price price for the rental. I also asked about returning the rental to a closer location at my destination and the lady I spoke to was not helpful at all and said I had to drive back to the original location to drop the trailer off which was an hour and half a way.
