Alabama Sheds & More were great ! Not a problem with them at all ! The problem started when I got on the road and had a blow out. When I called the roadside number I could not understand their language, then they had no idea where was on I65 North of Athens Alabama. I had to repeat the location several times. It took an hour before anybody got to my location to replace the tire & rim. When this kid finally showed up, he had a jack & lug wrench and no tire or rim. So I waited another 30- 45 minutes till another person showed up with a tire & rim. What a frigging CIRCUS THIS WAS !

Helpful on a Sunday afternoon to get a trailer on short notice when another location didn’t have the trailer I needed despite Uhaul saying it was available.

We were not told that no one woul be there to walk through trailer hookup and etails i had to call to only be told to take pics of hooked up trailer and semd to them. After hooking up discovered brake light out. When i called back I was told as long as we ere driving in the day ti.e one light wiuld be fine. I clled customer service and was aked to take it to the dealerahip and they would take care of the light. The dealership did take care of the brake light and adjusted the hook up for us. When we got close to our destination I called to confrm drop off and was told I was interupting their Christmas . This was an absolute disaster as fas as customer service and rental equipment conditions.

This was a drop-off Location not manned every day. But the staff informed me of this in advance and told me what the process would be. It went well.
