Super freindly and professional
Allen MWe were not told that no one woul be there to walk through trailer hookup and etails i had to call to only be told to take pics of hooked up trailer and semd to them. After hooking up discovered brake light out. When i called back I was told as long as we ere driving in the day ti.e one light wiuld be fine. I clled customer service and was aked to take it to the dealerahip and they would take care of the light. The dealership did take care of the brake light and adjusted the hook up for us. When we got close to our destination I called to confrm drop off and was told I was interupting their Christmas . This was an absolute disaster as fas as customer service and rental equipment conditions.
