the guy behind the counter told me 5X he wasn’t able to help me get the keys to my u-haul because everything is “self-serve” and it took me an HOUR to get my u-haul after contacting guest services 3 separate times. huge pain because my u-haul was already technically rented even though i didn’t have the keys. guest services had to contact the guy i ALREADY asked for help in order to help me

Daniel SPickup process wasn’t easy at all, finished everything on the app and got to the step of having the key and that was it, an hour wasted of my time as the counter person at the gas station told me that he didn’t have they key and I should get it myself from the lock station outside the the door . After calling customer service and calls they made to the owner of the place , that person came out with they key!!!
