I rate because when we got there we was having trouble with app the owner was not much help the whole time until we finally got then he said I can do your reservation inside—lol oh mind u we outside in the sun— then the return person was rude at first we was asking questions about charges and stuff , then he eventually calmed down and started to be helpful. But will I go back nope.

Michael LI spent an hour trying to talk to U-Haul (Customer Service) about approving my mobile pick up
Nolan CAladdin was great and the store clerk was very friendly and helpful. However, the appt was reset (by U-Haul) to 1 pm from the 9 am that i set and have screenshots. Because of this the app wasn't allowing us to get a "key code" . That was so frustrating. It took us 40 minutes to get the truck. Once the app cooperated, we were fine.
