I got over charged for 2 days and was not able to get a refund even though i needed the trailer for les than a day i got charged for 2 days

MEDARDO RAlan was a gem, he helped me load my car to get on the road after a several hours delay and after hours! Check-in was quick and pleasant, she was super friendly! Great place!
CASANDRA TToo much air in the trailer tires. I had s blow out. It was said the tires had too much air. There need to be a check off to make sure the up keep is being done correctly and safely.

DANET GI picked up the tow dolly on Wednesday 3/26/25 looked ok they knew things where bad with ir the rubber locks where not on the safety chains went to load the car on it the right side on the ramp was broken had to block it up to load the car in it they had a good ones there but they said they wanted that one gone. Sad to say so make sure you take pictures of everything when you pick it up from there sad for them to do things like that

ismael gI reserved a truck 2 weeks in advance. I got a call from someone with U haul 2 days before the scheduled pickup. They told me the location I reserved this truck was closed on Saturday and i knew this was wrong., Yet they wanted to argue with me. Then they told me I had to go to some drop off location on friday to pick up my truck. This place was closed and you couldnt pick up the truck Again, bad information. U haul has too many mom and pop dealers who operate by the seat of their pants.

I cannot reach anyone by phone. I talked to a lady and she was interested in other things and didn't care about me.

JERRY tThis location has served me well in the past, however this last experience was very poor! The equipment was not ready for pick up as promised and as set forth in my rental agreement. This was extremely disappointing particularly given I received an email from U Haul approximately 24 hours prior to the expected pick up time indicating the equipment was available and guaranteed for delivery at 10:00am. The equipment was not ready at this location at 10:00am. It arrived at 11:15am and by the time it was entered back into inventory and available for rent, it was 12:00pm. This resulted in 2 hours of lost time and when considering the rental was for a pick up at one location and drop at another location 1600 miles away, this delay completely disrupted a planned cross country drive resulting in traffic delays due to rush hours through city areas and changes to my lodging. The explanation from your call center and from the dealership that "we're trying our best and apologize", comes up short. A company in the business of Moving, should understand the importance of scheduling!

Stephane CWe had a hard time getting the truck because the app kept saying that the place that Was assigned for me to pick up the truck kept telling me that there was no 10 foot truck scalable, after we had already reserved the truck. Thankfully the man from the shop showed up and helped me get the truck, but I was charged in advance for insurance and mileage, but was not quoted the $15.00 for insurance that he charged me. So I payed $55. And some change from him. Would like to know if this was accurate. Because the only price that I was given when I reserved the truck was $20.00. 19.00 and some change. Plus I was to replace what gas I used back into the truck, when I was done. But He said that he prorated the milage, and charged me in advance for milage. Sounds like a mix up.
