I reserved a trailer in Bloomington, MN about a week prior. The day before pickup the location was moved to 30 minutes away from me. So 30-40 minutes there, 30 minutes to get the trailer and 30-40 minutes back. The original location was 10 minutes down the road. What's the point of making a reservation if it's not going to be vaild.

It was a great experience at A,ex,’s especially that UHaul company made us change locations,an hour away from where we to pick up. Causing a 2 hr delay in our packing and the late evening departure. Not happy with UHaul but very happy with Alex.

The uhaul we rented had an exhaust leak you could easily hear while driving. It was also in need of a wheel alignment. Other then that, the truck worked fine.

Truck was dropped at 215pm. U-Haul are states open until 3 pm yet I always charged for both gas and after hours. I was told gas was covered due to last minute change in pick up location.
