The truck was not ready at the pickup time for mobile pickup so we had to wait until the location opened. There was also no utility dolly or furniture dollies available as requested on my reservation.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was good, clean... best fuel mileage was 6.2. that hurt a bit, but the BOUNCING for 1400 miles, I have never been in any vehicle that BOUNCED as much as this truck, I thought it was because it was empty, but it was just as bad when it was full.
