I paid a $100 dollar deposit because i was told i had to because i was using my debit card. Bringing my total to $179.49. When I returned the balance was only $59.93. The person put In I only paid $100 and the refund was $40. I went back in and asked him where is my $100 refund you only gave me a $40 refund. He refunded me an additional $60 on my card. But when i went home. He didn’t give my the milage refund. He charged me for 30 miles and I used 9.5. All this would have been avoided if he would have put the actual amount of money I paid. I have all my receipts.

MARIE EI had a reservation but when I arrived the U-Haul representative was not there. A mechanic had to figure out the system to get the rental ready for me. After some time and persistence, the mechanic was able to complete the reservation. When we connected the trailer to the truck, I asked the mechanic where the "pig tail" light connector was. he said that i needed to provide one. I pushed back and indicated that I have never had to provide my own light connection. I ended up leaving without any trailer lights working. This should not have been allowed. Given the rental place was next door to an auto parts store, they should have gone next door and purchased one so that I had trailer lights. I did not want to drive without lights, so I went to Tractor Supply and purchased a 32" light connector. Cost $20. This should be credited to my rental. I will never go back to this U-Haul location. U-Haul should no longer offer this location to customers. Feel free to call if you want more details.

rolando RWe made the reservations online. We showed up to get the keys and had to wait an HOUR after our reservation time because the service tech took the keys to our reservation the day before on accident. There was no communication on when he was coming, what was happening… I had to call the Hwy 5 location in Douglasville asking if my reservation could be transferred and that’s when we found out that a service technician took the keys and not some random person. When we finally got in the actual vehicle, the gas tank was 67 miles to empty.

PENNY KThe employee convinced me I needed to buy a new ball that would fit the UHaul. He hooked it to my vehicle for me and said I was good to go. I was almost two hours into my trip and the trailer started swaying every time I hit a bump. I pulled into a Advanced Auto Parts store to inspect. I noticed the hitch was almost off the ball. A worker at the store looked at it with me and said the ball is way to small and he can't believe that I didn't kill anyone or myself. I had to purchase another ball which was the correct size. He said the Uhaul employee DID NOT know what he was doing. This was not a UHaul center I rented from but a authorized rental place. They need to educate the employees how to hook up trailers properly before someone gets hurt.
KASEN WTook an hour to get the truck, requested equipment location had no equipment even though I got charged for it. Location is suppose to do mobile pickup but they don’t participate in that program.

Zachary AThis is a very sketchy experience. The shop was not well maintained. I didnt even want to give him my credit card. He told me the charge was $100 more than what Uhaul told me. We waited forever for him to have the truck ready, he was on other calls and made us wait in his office.. NOT PREPARED AT ALL and shouldn't be a Uhaul affiliate. Worst experience ever!!
