InteractionInteractions were not as I would have liked. I should have been given options, like the price for the next size up. The salesperson could have made sure I had Cruise Control in my Truck, knowing I was driving over 4 days across country. The drop off location was extremely unprofessional. Just pointed where to back it up, and just left me to do it myself. Also they never gave me any paperwork showing I dropped it off. I put WAY more gas in, than when I received it, for some reason the truck takes a while to adjust the Gas Gauge as the gas is being pumped in. It keeps getting worse!!! I get a call a couple days afterwards, because the Uhaul drop off location did not check it in, "AT ALL!!!" I informed the uhaul customer service person where I dropped off the truck and trailer. The representative was extremely nice, and informed me there'd be no extra charges. Then 2 days later, I get another call, they again wanted to know what day, and where I dropped off the Truck and Transport. Again, this employee was very kind, and informed me there'd be "NO," Extra Charges to me. Now today, I get a text message saying that there's remaining charges related to my Uhaul rental. It's safe to say, I will never recommend Uhaul, or use Uhaul for any other moves or services that they could provide. Moving is extremely stressful, and Uhaul should be a professional, accurate, compassionate and perfect in their execution of renting Services.

No dolly was available for my reservation.
Sheena HI was very disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. When I arrived to pick up the car towing trailer, the staff member simply opened the gate and said, “There is the trailer for car towing,” without reviewing the equipment or explaining how to properly use it. As someone renting equipment, I expected at least a quick walkthrough or basic instructions to make sure everything was safe and correct. The tire straps on the trailer were also extremely difficult to use because the handle used to tighten them was very rusty. It made securing the vehicle frustrating and raised concerns about the maintenance of the equipment. The return process was just as confusing. When I brought the trailer back, the employee told me to “just drop the trailer over there,” without giving any clear instructions. After I parked it, he then said he thought I would put it in a different spot. I was confused because that was never communicated in the first place. Overall, clearer communication, better customer service, and properly maintained equipment would make a big difference in the experience. Renting towing equipment should not feel this difficult or unprofessional.
TANJA SI paid a $100 dollar deposit because i was told i had to because i was using my debit card. Bringing my total to $179.49. When I returned the balance was only $59.93. The person put In I only paid $100 and the refund was $40. I went back in and asked him where is my $100 refund you only gave me a $40 refund. He refunded me an additional $60 on my card. But when i went home. He didn’t give my the milage refund. He charged me for 30 miles and I used 9.5. All this would have been avoided if he would have put the actual amount of money I paid. I have all my receipts.
