Took an hour to get the truck, requested equipment location had no equipment even though I got charged for it. Location is suppose to do mobile pickup but they don’t participate in that program.

I didn't interact with anyone as it was an after hours drop off but would have appreciated more lighting.
Zachary AThis is a very sketchy experience. The shop was not well maintained. I didnt even want to give him my credit card. He told me the charge was $100 more than what Uhaul told me. We waited forever for him to have the truck ready, he was on other calls and made us wait in his office.. NOT PREPARED AT ALL and shouldn't be a Uhaul affiliate. Worst experience ever!!
