They did not have some of the materials we wanted to help with our move. No worries. We were refunded for those materials. we were issued a truck with screw in the tire. We notified the Road Side Assistence staff. They dispatched a crew to fix the tire in 30 minutes. The crew did a great job.Caleb W.

Worst U-Haul experience ever. They charged me for 65 miles when I drove only 18. I showed them my photos of the mileage before and after with their truck number and they didn't believe me. They admitted they did not take a photo of the mileage before my trip. I compromised with her and she gave me $20 for their mistake. SMH. Don't ever go here.Lester M.
There is no inspection of vehicle upon drop off other than gas and miles. It makes it unsettling if anything happens to it after drop off.Thomas D.

Had to explain to the check-in person that 7/16 was less than half a tank of gas and not more. Had to carry all 36 pass insider to be counted. Had to take pictures of the fuel level and mileage and bring them inside.Alan T.
You don't have a link to extend your rental service I was calling uhaul to extend it and there was always a 45-60 min wait I was contacted by a rude individual named John who said he was corporate who threatened to report the truck stolen and wouldn't extend my rental like I needed I am very disgusted with the interaction I had with this rude individual he should not be in the position he's in he should not be dealing with the public and refused to let me speak to his supervisor!!!! I will probably never rent a uhaul again because of this I would like to have someone contact me about this matter now he is harassing me through text saying I owe 139.65 on a promissory note that I did not agree to pay On a positive note the people I rented from were always polite and friendly very good customer serviceCody M.
