They did not have some of the materials we wanted to help with our move. No worries. We were refunded for those materials. we were issued a truck with screw in the tire. We notified the Road Side Assistence staff. They dispatched a crew to fix the tire in 30 minutes. The crew did a great job.

castaneda L.Worst U-Haul experience ever. They charged me for 65 miles when I drove only 18. I showed them my photos of the mileage before and after with their truck number and they didn't believe me. They admitted they did not take a photo of the mileage before my trip. I compromised with her and she gave me $20 for their mistake. SMH. Don't ever go here.
