Picking the truck at All About Storage was great. No issues at all, the truck was ready to go and everything went smoothly. Not a fault of All About Storage but the truck I rented needed an alignment. So, I drove it 1,300 miles constantly correcting the vehicle as it wanted to pull left. Pretty exhausting after 18 hours.

CHRISTOPHER IIt was very difficult to find the new location (even using my GPS) after being told the night before that my truck is not available any longer at the original location. While the attendant at the alternate location was courteous and helpful, the location of my rental didn't have the appliance dolly I needed. A 2 hour job became 4.5 hours because the right tool requested ahead of time wasn't available.

Martha AI dropped off after hours. There was no obvious place to park the return since the lit seemed to be behind buildings and behind a locked gate. I tried calling the location numerous times that day but always got an “All if ourctepresentatives are busy, please stay on the line” message but nobody ever answered no matter how long I stayed on the line.
MICHAEL MThe A/C was out and it made a horrible drive in the 116 degree heat this Saturday. The staff and the pick up location were above average.

Kevin DThere was no way to pre-pay for my order online; I had to do it via telephone. And after I paid, there was no way to download or print a copy of the invoice that showed all the information and charges I had paid for. The invoice did show the total paid, but it did not show the "environmental fee" or the state tax. I ended up having to scan the hard-copy they gave me at the pick up location.
Pete GMake sure the equipment is clean before issuing to a customer and if your contract states a half a tank of gas, check to make sure that’s the amount of gas in the tank. Don’t issue equipment with less than what you state there is.
Maurice BI had a little trouble with a different U-haul dealer here in Temecula and Mike at All About Storage took care of it right away and I would go back to All About Storage again without a doubt and rent a Truck from only his location. The truck was very good and Mike was as excellent person to work with. I would highly recommend using his facility.
MICHAEL CTruck was not full of gas but charged anyway. Pick up was confusing and not set up correctly. I was not emailed an invoice. I will never use U-Haul again as it was overpriced and terrible customer service.
