DARRYL LI had a memorable experience over the phone and in person at this location. When I can spend my money and free satisfied that's an experience that will always be welcomed. Mr. Joe the over the phone agent was very helpful and a man of his word. He represents the company in an awesome way. I am grateful for having him help me with getting the truck and putting a smile on my face with the awesome deal. Miss Jenny, whom I personally met, is filled with joy. Even first thing in the morning when I met her at the uhaul, Saint Paul location. We laughed and shared conversations about the good that comes from going a little further to get a good deal. I saved money, as well as made new friends. My over all experience was trying for me, because I had just recently had back surgery and just wanted a smooth transaction in renting a truck and I got that plus more. Thank you all at uhaul for making my experience one that I am happy to share.

Neal LThis place was fine. Very nice and quickly checked us out. But I do EXPECT UHAUL TO REFUND ALL MONEY! IF FORD FINDS OUR PROBLEM WITH THE LIGHTS WERE DUE TO BEING HOOKED UP WITH UHAUL. The stress and unable to drive after dusk was hard on us and made our trip longer.

Joseph FWhen I arrived at the location the Uhual employee had a infant in the office with her she could not leave the child unattended on the inside of the building to assist me with getting my car on the trailer.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! You are at work last time I checked uhaul does not sponsor a childcare program! I had to Youtube how to get my car on the trailer when the management member arrived he was very upset( had a major attitude and was very RUDE!!!) that he had to assist me with how to load my car on the dolly/trailer I have never done this before had no knowledge on how to load my car properly. I will NEVER deal with these people again I was very dissatisfied with the service I was provided

BRYAN DI had to drive 20 miles to get this trailer, when I booked it it was within 2 miles. I paid for dolly, once I got the trailer hooked up I left, without dolly. I called them to take the dolly of the invoice. The supervisor apologized and said she will take it off, today I m being charged over 40$ for non returning dolly, that I never received! I came to drop off trailer, the office was still open, the females told me to go and just drop the trailer myself, because they are about to close down their office.

CRYSTAL REverything was fine accept for the drop off and pick up of the containers to my new house. I was told they would be there on Saturday, August 3rd, and they didn't get there until Tuesday, August 6. Also, they were emptied and ready for pick up Monday, August 12. I called twice before they were finally picked up on Tuesday, August 27. That was pretty disappointing. Also, the delivery person left the boxes on the grass in front of the house rather than the driveway. In future I would recommend leaving them in the driveway so they don't kill the grass, especially if they are going to be there for three weeks!

Larry BI had a 4pm pick up appointment and the place was closed. After calling a couple phone numbers posted on the building someone finally arrived. 50 minutes later I was on my way. I will never use this location again.
Howard KI had a reservation to pick up the trailer at 2346 Gillespie St Fayetteville, NC When I arrived, they said there were no power at the location. Afetr traveling two hours, I asked to use the restroom and was told I could not use it. They sent me to U-Haul on Bragg Blvd to pick up one. They had no trailer there so, they sent me 15 miles away to Saint Paul. On my way to Saint Paul, NC. I decided to stop back by the Gillespie St. U-Haul location because the power had been restored and that was where I had my original reservation. The manager there wasn't helpful at all. She told me I had no reservation there and they had no auto-transport trailers there. After useless discussion, I left. As I was leaving, I drove around to the building and found several trailers on hand there. I feel my civil rights were violated and I'm seeking legal advice.
