When I arrived at the location the Uhual employee had a infant in the office with her she could not leave the child unattended on the inside of the building to assist me with getting my car on the trailer.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! You are at work last time I checked uhaul does not sponsor a childcare program! I had to Youtube how to get my car on the trailer when the management member arrived he was very upset( had a major attitude and was very RUDE!!!) that he had to assist me with how to load my car on the dolly/trailer I have never done this before had no knowledge on how to load my car properly. I will NEVER deal with these people again I was very dissatisfied with the service I was providedTeleha M.

Service Center was fine. No one working on Sunday drop off. This company charged me for an extra day, when I should not have been charged. I'm currently waiting on a U-Haul representative to help clear up my billing errors.Pamela M.

I had to drive 20 miles to get this trailer, when I booked it it was within 2 miles. I paid for dolly, once I got the trailer hooked up I left, without dolly. I called them to take the dolly of the invoice. The supervisor apologized and said she will take it off, today I m being charged over 40$ for non returning dolly, that I never received! I came to drop off trailer, the office was still open, the females told me to go and just drop the trailer myself, because they are about to close down their office.Marina P.

Everything was fine accept for the drop off and pick up of the containers to my new house. I was told they would be there on Saturday, August 3rd, and they didn't get there until Tuesday, August 6. Also, they were emptied and ready for pick up Monday, August 12. I called twice before they were finally picked up on Tuesday, August 27. That was pretty disappointing. Also, the delivery person left the boxes on the grass in front of the house rather than the driveway. In future I would recommend leaving them in the driveway so they don't kill the grass, especially if they are going to be there for three weeks!Joseph S.

I had a 4pm pick up appointment and the place was closed. After calling a couple phone numbers posted on the building someone finally arrived. 50 minutes later I was on my way. I will never use this location again.Howard K.

I had a reservation to pick up the trailer at 2346 Gillespie St Fayetteville, NC When I arrived, they said there were no power at the location. Afetr traveling two hours, I asked to use the restroom and was told I could not use it. They sent me to U-Haul on Bragg Blvd to pick up one. They had no trailer there so, they sent me 15 miles away to Saint Paul. On my way to Saint Paul, NC. I decided to stop back by the Gillespie St. U-Haul location because the power had been restored and that was where I had my original reservation. The manager there wasn't helpful at all. She told me I had no reservation there and they had no auto-transport trailers there. After useless discussion, I left. As I was leaving, I drove around to the building and found several trailers on hand there. I feel my civil rights were violated and I'm seeking legal advice.Paul L.

I dropped the truck off on Saturday night(4/29/17 @ 8:34pm) during closing so I was not able to see a staff member but he did call me the next day to confirm he checked it in and to ask if some extra keys he found in the drop box were mine. Very friendlySabrina H.
First I around early to help speed up the process. Then it took 1 and a half hours to get the uhaul renting and I was the only person in the building. Then they overcharged me as I had an order confirmation where I had reserved the U-Haul online for 54.95. They charged me 140.55. So then I had to wait for someone over the phone to credit back the difference to my card. I was going to pay cash but the one person working didn't have a key to unlock the register. This was the only place close to my destination that had any U-Hauls available. I still haven't seen the credit back to my account. I would NEVER rent a U-Haul from this location ever again.David S.
Was relayed to this location after being relayed once before. Staff did not know I was coming could not find the reservation when I provided the number and could not work the computer. She had to call someone else and read my credit card number aloud over the phone to them. Anounced that she didn't know if my requested truck was there as we signed the paperwork and charged me for the 14 dollar insurance when I requested the more expensive one online.Lawrence F.

Process to verify that my vehicle could tow the trailer that I wanted and needed was unusually complicated. I have the owner's manual and it verified that the car can tow over 6,000 pounds. The hitch was also marked for 6,000 pounds plus. yet because it is not standard equipment on the GMC Envoy, it was difficult to get the application completed so reservation took over 25 minutes to complete. The location had no problems hooking the trailer to the car hitch. My car needed an adapter to hook up the lights but the staff told me where to get one and that it cost about $15.00. As I will be pulling a camper for the next several years, I needed the adapter anyway. When I went to turn the trailer in, the staff was helpful and it took less than 10 minutes.James S.
