I ordered a dolly to haul from upstairs and they did not have one available at any Uhaul in Clarksville. This is not acceptable. Get some ! Other than that service was great.Bettie Q.

The whole U-Haul experience was a nightmare. The only reason I didn't use Penske was they were a lot more expensive. I got conflicting information from different U-Haul employees. The didn't call me to tell me where I could pick up the truck. I had to go to one of the offices to find out.GILES D.
The lady that met us said the other store knew the truck had issues but decided to send it out the door anyways. Did not comp us for the 5 thousand dollar faulty equipment that we rented to travel across the continent, was a miserable experience.JOHN F.

First, let me say that Scotty called around town in order to assist me with getting the truck/trailer I rented as early as possible so movers could meet me at my house to move early. This is a logistical nightmare, weighing trucks within 24hrs, driving all over town to get what you need, and get to a location where movers and packers are supposed to be at a scheduled time, while packing, taking care of personal things, and lastly departing a military fort for another. He called other Uhaul stores to get equipment and a trailer that I needed to complete the weigh, which was not all available at one location for the pick-up time I needed. He split my contract, and made sure I was able to turn in all my items at the one-way location of my choice. He also assisted in moving the trailer and 26' truck out of the lot, as well as hooking up the trailer since I just had back surgery. I cannot be grateful enough.Steven B.

I believe the location needs better signage, especially indicating that the office was still open. I had pretty much finished signing in my truck online and was searching for the key drop off when the employee came out to help. The office door being to the side and away from the street without any indication that it was still open was confusing. To be honest, the place appeared closed from all outward appearances. The employee was helpful, but I feel the physical layout of the location made it difficult for her to realize I was even there.James S.

Well my drop off time was at 7am on Sunday and it doesn't open until 9am. It would have been nice to know they wouldn't be open cause I didn't know what to do with the key. Also, the online renting of a uhaul seriously needs to change, 24 hours on the weekends is not enough time.TAMARA M.

One do not reserved equipment that is not available. 2 do not change the drop off location without verbally informing the customer of the change. 3 do not promise one month free storage and then send them to a location with no storage. I was left searching for a storage unit and had to pay an additional $129 add a different storage facility when I was told I would receive one month free Storage at U-Haul. I am very dissatisfied. I had to pay today's extra for the rental because of work schedule and having to locate a new facility to store my belongings.JOHN G.

Wasnt a fan of the mobile pickup, it took me 20 minutes trying to get it uploaded on a glitch. Then I tried to call customer service and I waited another 20 minutes to try to confirm pickup and no one even answered the phone. Noone at the location was wearing a mask at anytime and I expected better considering uhaul is a business geared towards families and those families include high risk people. The workers were nice just tad bit irresponsible.Korin B.
