I had the dolly for less than 2.5 hours and the car i needed to tow would not smoothly load without damage. Yet, i was not able to get a refund. I am very disappointed how this was handled.

Chains, straps and hook system wasn't put on correctly or safely after I specifically stated that I have never put them on before and needed it done correctly due to the very long 1,800 mile trip. Less than 2 hours down the road, chains loose or broken and the straps where put on incorrectly. Called U-Haul Roadside Assistance while in Tupelo, MS and the Representative was located in Phoenix, AZ. She was very helpful and after a long wait my vehicle was finally ready. I made it to my destination. While turning in the Truck and Tow we realized that the chain was broken again and one of the straps was still loose. Thank those who assisted me along the way. Ensure that all employee's are trained on how to hook up towing and make sure that they tell customers HOW to do it correctly.

I ask if I could drop the trailer anywhere as we are emergency relief. The young lady said yes. I tried to leave it in Holbrook and another location in Gallup but was unable to. The trailer was old and everything inside got wet including PPE's. Not a good way to run a business.

Wesley went out of his way to move the rented equipment to a convenient location. Area (Gallup) was under a lock down order because of Covid-19 and he relocated equipment to West side location. Also, the lady at the West side helped with some of the paperwork. No extra fees. Thank you very much

Upon arrival, I was informed that they did not have the truck I reserved. Needless to say, I was not happy. However, the guys at the location were able to help us out and locate a truck for me to use.

This lady was awesome!!! I was going to be a few minutes late (for her closing time) due to the horrible experience from the previous place i went, I will address that later, she was nice, helpful, had no issues with helping me after her closing time, you need to send all you can renting something in Gallup to her.

Trailer rear door was missing a set screw, allowing the door to be loose and rattle badly. I had a screw that worked so I fixed it myself. Should have been noticed and repaired before I picked it up.

The young woman was very helpful, despite having to try multiple trailers because of a bad wiring harness on my truck. Even offered to let me keep the trailer an extra day so I could return it when there would be someone to unload it for me because I had a broken shoulder.

I put the vehicle online per the uhaul website, the website knew the vehicle that was going on the trailer. However the straps did not fit around the tires and the rachets were rusty it wouldn't have worked anyways. I ended up having to buy out-of-pocket straps from a Home Depot to secure my vehicle. Another huge safety concern, which has me NOT recommending uhaul again is the fact that ALL 20 lug nuts (5per wheel) were ALL loose! I could turn them ALL by hand! Thank god I checked them, otherwise we could have lost a wheel while on highway and could have seriously injured another motorest! Uhaul made my trip more stressful because of the equipment I was given and for the price! ... Never again.

Went to drop off the trailer on Tuesday at 3:30 PM no one was their. Called U Haul talked with a girl she said just drop it off and take a picture of it and that is what we did. That was on December 29. I got a call on Monday January 4 at 12:50 PM asking if I still had the trailer. Like I said before no at this company has any idea of what is going on. I was going to use a U haul truck for my up coming move but that will not happen now.
