LORETTA MYou guys reached out to me for loadshare promised $625 returned to be after drop off then I’m told 3-5 business days then today on the 5th business days I call the department and they say 7-10 business days. I will never recommend U-HAUL nor your LOADSHARE . The persons stuff I delivered is enjoying their things and the money that was supposed to be sent is off in space . How did I get a refund for $16 for my boxes but for some reason the loadshare hasn’t come . I am contacting the BBB this is insane and you guys should be ashamed !

JAMES WDrop off site was easy to find. Uhaul charges way too much for what they give you. They quote you a price but don’t tell you there’s a 20% tax charge. Ridiculous. Will not be using uhaul again.
