The guy my daughter and I dealt was incredibly rude from the beginning to the end. Unfortunately, there weren't any other uhauls available at that time. We will definitely not be utilizing his company, again.

LORETTA MYou guys reached out to me for loadshare promised $625 returned to be after drop off then I’m told 3-5 business days then today on the 5th business days I call the department and they say 7-10 business days. I will never recommend U-HAUL nor your LOADSHARE . The persons stuff I delivered is enjoying their things and the money that was supposed to be sent is off in space . How did I get a refund for $16 for my boxes but for some reason the loadshare hasn’t come . I am contacting the BBB this is insane and you guys should be ashamed !
