My rental experience was a disaster w multiple calls to U-Haul w no help and no callbacks. I was apparently originally scheduled for pick up at local U-Haul that is closed the day I was to pick up the truck and dolly. I called and called and called and called and talked to numerous people who would NOT help me reschedule and said to wait until the day before pick up. I found the name and phone number of the U-Haul CEO and the write up made him sound like he cared and that people could call him. Well, I did. Message said to leave him a “text” message so I did but then I decided to also leave him a voice message as well. No reply. No nothing. I couldn’t find a truck or dolly together and had to go to two different places. If this is the way U-Haul does business, I’m surprised it isn’t a sinking ship. I literally had no idea the truck pick up was not a manned pick up and I would have to go through a lengthy and time consuming pick up, standing in the Florida heat with a cellular connection that was not all that great. I got over heated and as sick as a dog and had to put off leaving a day late. I called in for help but the app wasn’t working like it should. Then I discovered I was charged twice which really put a kink in my plans. I had set aside $2000 for this trip and U-Haul now had over half of it and I couldn’t get or expect refund funds to be made available until my move was over. There is no comedy in this so called “comedy of errors.” I was stressed and crying and not sure I wouldn’t even run out of money. I was sick from standing in the heat. I will not use U-Haul again, will not encourage anyone to use U-Haul. I don’t think there is anything U-Haul can do to make any of this up.

So....I had to travel 7 miles out my way to a different location, truck was dirty (inside and outside). Finally got to the drop off point and the Laddy told me she had to many trucks for me to return at that location. She finaly took the truck in but was not happy.

I had ordered a dolly, furniture dolly, and 5 dozen blankets. The location did not have any available.

I waited 3 days to hear from them after parking the U-Haul there and heard nothing I was fortunate that I was back early and didn't get charged longer but it was very unprofessional not to have someone there for 3 days.

I had to call the guy. Was not helpful. Had to call U-Haul. Tried to call him back a couple times and he sent me to voicemail. The truck's motor was slipping, the A/C didn't work, the truck was horrible! I was moving in Florida in 90 degree weather and had to drive 4 hours without A/C! The experience was so bad, I will NEVER rent from U-Haul ever again! And definitely will never use All County Wrecker Service on CR 218, Middleburg, FL again!

Location was fine. Truck was dinged up and dirty. It met my needs but the worst condition Uhaul I’ve ever rented.

For most part truck was clean but it had a few issues it had a bouncing issue on front passenger side if I hit a bump uhaul felt like it wanted to split both direction it had a bad clanging noise when idling and it had a squealing noise real bad over all the maintenance wasn't done properly to this truck and it wasn't a gas saver at all I had to fill truck 6 times to get to my destination

Sent me to a place had to have I phone to be able get truck. I had Android. There were 2 u haul yards closer to my home with plenty of trucks in the yard. The truck - engine light on, play in steering, rubber gasket around passenger door kept falling on passenger when he got in truck, runs fuff eats too much gas.

No one was at the office at my reserved pick up time. When someone finally showed up they couldn’t find my reservation, even after giving them my confirmation email, so we had to start it all over. It was a very unprofessional experience and wasted a lot of our moving time.

Simple and easy. Did online registration and showed up at time scheduled. Friendly service and in and out hooked up in less than 20 minutes. Return was as easy as could be. Highly recommend this location

The service I has was absolutely abysmal. They didn’t have my truck ready, the woman who was supposed to be working the location was out shopping and then proceeded to berate me and be extremely rude to me the entire time during check in. The truck was dirty, had the check engine light on. I made a slight mistake with the gas level when picking up and got over charged. I want a refund. The service and absolute disregard for anyone’s time was clearly known when other customers arrived after me the woman working was cussing them out as they walked out the door. Complete and utterly terrible service. I will not use this location ever again nor will I recommend anyone to EVER use this location again. I’ll drive 35 minutes away to get my uhaul at an actual store.

the truck was very old and tires were not in good shape, the truck should be replaced, also everything that we ordered was not at the same location

The owner would not answer the phone to let us get the truck so we had to sit there for an hour before we got the truck

Truck had food smashed in flooring. Cigarette ashes all over the floor. The truck was very dirty. The equipment I added to my contract was taken off my contract. And I was not told that the equipment wasn't available
