Josiepet SThe gentleman was nice, although he was talking on the phone in a different language to somebody else with while he’s talking to me during my pick up. All of the computer work was done on a laptop on top of a box sitting on top of a box. He took my information on a stack of papers that I would generally throw in the garbage. Put the key on top of the desk and said that’s it basically totally unprofessional for that location. There should be some sort of little U-Haul kiosk that has the computer in it and you know that you’re in a U-Haul location to pick it up and he should have your utmost attention.
marty hMaintain your vehicles broken muffler ran blowing blue smoke stalled twice on a hill odometer was off by 343 miles !!! That’s a lot of extra mileage to pay for when you didn’t use it!
VANESSA GClerk was in informed and has no idea what to do . Stood there for more then 40 minutes while she was on the phone getting instructions from someone on the phone, didn’t even inspect the unit nor did she come out to see if we even had the connection needed and lights. Over all horrible location but area manager was fantastic and help us to the best of his ability. He was a champion but the location is the worse I will never return there

Len MBe sure the storage area is swept, there was broken glass in the back that my daughter swept out. The front windshield was filthy on both inside and out and I needed to give it a good clean, as were the headlights and mirrors. The dash, and especially below the windshield, was covered in dust and pet hair. Theses issues only take a minute to notice and clean.

marie kI have had better experiences in the past. This time it left a poor experience. UHaul called me stating they changed my location. They decided to give me $30 discount as it would now cost me further time and travel to south location. On the day off, the store owner Omar calls me to confirm if I am coming to pick up the uHaul , I informed i am in my way from Edmonton and since the store location is changed it would add extra travel time and I would be there at 10.30am.He acknowledges this and As I reach to location to my surprise I found out they cancelled my booking . When connected Uhaul supprot I was given explanation that it my fault that I came late and it was cancelled because I was no show . They told me Location schedule manager will call you . I got a call asking to press 1 to speak to agent and they hung up. The whole thing was messed up. The store owner took hour and half to get me truck and treated me as if he was doing a favour and it was all my fault. He also added higher price than what was quoted and no extra mats that I had requested .
Ashwin AThe starting mileage recorded at pickup was incorrect. The counter attendant entered a mileage that was 20 miles higher than the actual mileage of the truck at the time of pickup. I only noticed this discrepancy after drop-off when reviewing my receipt, thanks to a personal photo I had taken of the starting mileage. This process needs improvement, as customers who trust the counter and don’t double-check the details could end up being overcharged.

maria tThe truck that we pick up was not properly cleaned; the truck was reported at 1/4 of tank but it was lower than that. The girl at the counter told us that she will take note of that, and she didnt. We rent an APPLIANCE DOLLY, and the store only had a UTILITY DOLLY. So after talking with the girl at the store she said that she will put notes on the reservation to remove the charge but nothing was done. Also, in the middle of the trip, the washer fluid run out; clearly not proper inspection was done to the truck.
tyler eThe people working here had no idea what they were doing. They wasted an hour of our time. We were there at our pick up time ready to drive away and get moving, but we didn't drive away until an hour after our pick up time. They seemed very sketchy and tried to charge us extra money, when my app and my reservation told me a different amount that was due at pick up. I then called U-haul directly as they were pulling us around, and they told me we shouldn't be charged any more as that was for cash payments. We explained this to them and they still tried for a while until we basically went to the computer and watched what they were doing. Horrible pick up location, it shouldn't be part of uhauls locations for anything. To top it off one guy there kept walking away laughing under his breathe, it was super disrespectful.
