The truck was not clean, had broken wipers, was not fueled nor ready to go. All the moving blankets were just in a wet pile outside the back of the location.

thomas bArrived paid wasn’t given instruction no walk through. Was shown the trailer and that was it. I’ve rented trailers from other uhauls and they walk you through, help you load up. I had to line the ratchet on the car hauler as the maintenance was not done at all. Makes me wonder about the upkeep of the actual vehicles.
