I originally place an order at the Bridgecreast way SW location, went on line and they had listed a 6x12 enclosed trailer, I booked it online. Received a call on the way to calgary( 4 hour drive) that that location does NOT supply or have that trailer at that location. Shocking since online it is listed there as an available unit, was booked and I received a confirmation # and a price. The person on the line suggested i pick one up at the airport location or the NW location, sorry those are not even close to our location of use. I went down a hill and lost connection. Called back a different lady there said we can pick up this trailer size at the SE location at 10 am, the trailer was dropped off at the NW location for some reason. The UHaul representative didn't give a #&*÷, sucks to be you attitude is NOT what you want for your companies front person, just
