Staff at this location overcharged me, and I had to call U-Haul support for a refund. (U-haul support was excellent though)

Please don't let your costumer answer a lot of question and give the bank details and waited for more than an hour just to let the costumer know that they can't rent the uhaul for whatever reason, It's not just my first time to rent uhaul in this location my last was just this Saturday August 08, 2026 with no problem, I returned the truck with no problem, I don't know what happened that I can't rent anymore, I was supposed to pick my the materials to be used in my deck and my workers are doing nothing but paid by an hour, I was really very disappointed by this moment. The guy in charge was a skinny young boy. He took all my info including my bank details after answering a lot of questions and waited for more than an hour he told me that I can't rent the uhaul.

Andre JTheir hours say open at 0800. We were not the only people there to pick up a uhaul. We had to phone customer service and get them to call a supervisor for the location and send someone there. Then when he finally showed up like 40 min late we weren’t given our dolly or furniture pads and I had to go back. And on top of this poor customer service, when he gave us the key he tried to tell us we had to return it to his location to drop the truck off even though that was not what I had booked nor what the app told me to do. And why on earth would I bring the truck back to his location when he can’t even be there on time and his location looks like a crime scene with broken glass everywhere and a broken security door. Poorly maintained, poorly managed, poor customer service. Incredibly upset that this happened to us pushing us late to move.
