It was a good experience. The owners were friendly and the truck was in good condition. I had booked a rental vehicle with another provider who cancelled at the last minute so I was happy that U-haul honoured its reservation and offered a pleasant experience all around. Would definitely rent from here again!

Staff were very pleasant and helpful issue was more that U-Haul’s app was not working properly and it took a long time to complete check kn. However vehicle was telling me tires needed air and airbag needed servicing. Also vehicle smelled of smoke. Was not happy with condition of vehicle

This location is severely understaffed to serve their volume. Got my truck almost half an hour later than the scheduled rental time, even though I was on time. They need to train their staff instead of having the manager do everything

The car's exterior was dirty. It's not a big deal, but it's not nice to get into a car that looks like it's just been driven in the mud.

I didn’t get the blankets or dolly I requested which means I had to wrap my mirror etc in my own blankets and carrying some furniture was very hard.

The same drop off process used on the pick up with the link to the U-Haul system which allows us to do a check list a pictures. Also, the charge is confuse, I think I was billed twice. I need to investigate.

I picked up using online portal as location was closed due to holiday. It was simple process, the cargo van was clean. The location is a bit hidden but very convenient to pick and drop.

U-HAUL SUCKS. You changed my reservation TWICE. I needed a truck and you gave me a van THE DAY BEFORE MY MOVING. Why do you even offer the option to reserve online if you are going to resell later? Hope your competitors get you out of business.

The address of the location is incorrect. On U Haul it says FFM Flowers but the store name has changed - this should be changed.

It is a bit hard to find location as there is no sign for KKM Florist there. None of the requested items (dolly, blankets, etc) were available even though I could select them at the time of booking, the gentleman managing the store was kind enough to advise me of this a day before but it was too short of notice to be able to rent those items from somewhere else.

You overcharged me in three areas: Insurance (I turned it down, but you still charged me) Mileage (Way more than what I travelled. You calculated the right mileage but charged me way more Gas You dinged me when IO returned the van with more -- not less -- gas.
