The App to pick up the truck stunk. It took almost an hour with a phone call to work and get the keys. Otherwise the truck was good.
John MThe equipment was so dirty, it should have been kept clean both inside and outside of it.
OLUKEMI OThe truck I reserved was not returned on time, so had to make due with a cargo van, which was a bit problematic for the move. Not thee fault of the location, however, this was an inconvenience for me.
Pasquale SThe truck had a notification of low tire pressure which obscured the mileage reading, so I couldn't read the mileage at pickup or at drop off. Good thing I wasn't driving on the highway with low tire pressure. And the gas tank wasn't completely full at pickup causing me to have to put in more gas than I actually used. These issues should have been resolved prior to my pickup.
