The location was fine. The experience was terrible. 1. The U-Haul App kept crashing on my iPhone. 2. I did not receive any confirmation texts or emails before or at the time of arranged pickup 3. When I arrived I found the truck door unlocked but due to above I tried to register again via website. 4. Google Chrome on iPhone does not allow pics to be taken. Needed to use Safari instead 5. Arranged for pick up at 9AM EST, but store hours were 9:30AM EST. 6. No one arrived at store 7. Finally got in contact with someone from chat support. They were able to walk me through the rest of pickup process 8. Each click on the website took more than 2 minutes before receiving a response. 9. After returning the van, I completed the process which also took more than 2 mins per click before receiving a response. This whole situation could have been avoided with much better communication ahead of time. If I knew ahead of time that the key was in a lockbox inside the vehicle, and if someone had simply called me around 9AM EST I could have saved at least an hour of time. Instead I sat there in the van for no reason. I hope that U-Haul can do better in future.

K MI found garbage left inside the rental truck from the previous renter. The truck should have been properly cleaned and inspected before it was given to me. I would appreciate better cleaning and inspection between rentals to ensure the vehicle is ready for the next customer

Felipe LThere was an inconsistency between what I was told during the booking and the pick up. When we booked the van on the phone, the agent told us there would be space for 3 people to sit- this was incorrect. The doilie we booked was also unavailable, although the shop gave us a different one for free. It was less helpful though because of the design. The booking agent should be better informed!!! The location itself was good!!
