Louis LMichelle saved me a huge headache by recommending based on a previous customer's issue with the 6ft x12ft trailer I was going to rent. By asking a simple question, "What I was hauling in the trailer" I said "A side by side" she said "That trailer would not work because of a 6 inch wall into the drive up opening to drive the side by side onto the trailer." Recommending another trailer that worked excellent for my needs.I really appreciate Michelle caring enough about what I actually needed to get the job done and not just making the contract out and saying "See ya later and good luck". I will definitely go back to All Mac for my U-haul needs. And I will tell friends and coworkers my experience at All Mac.
Laverne MThere were so many hidden fees and costs that I was not informed of while booking the truck. Had I known I probably wouldn’t have booked because it was so expensive for what I needed to move. I did not like that secrecy and hidden this and last minute cost that came out of nowhere. So no, I would not be recommending U-Haul to any of my friends

Johnnie MSean is great and the trailer was fine, but the method of collecting info to rent the trailer is terrible. The system kept failing for the customer before me and it too over an hour for that guy to get his rental and not quick for me either. My day was super long as a result.
Rebecca TI used them to rent a car dolly in January and dropped off my dolly here in April. Both times they have been beyond friendly and helpful to hook up/un-hook equipment. Highly recommend this location.

Tanya FThe customer service was awesome! I do feel like the truck needed ball joints or tie rod ends the steering felt fairly loose and required a lot of correction.
jacqueem p120 rental has turned into 376 now and that's seriously ridiculous!! I will not rent from uhaul again! Was told by location employee 77.74 was owed and she would do up an iou when I got the statement I asked for from uhaul there's a balance owed of 201 dollars is crazy. Never again will I rent from you again!!
Tina HExcept over 1 1/2 hours from where I had made the initial request to pick up my trailer. Adding 3 hours on to a 2100 mile move was not ideal.

JOHN BTexas Moving Helpers was BY FAR the worst experience I've ever had with moving help. Not only did they fail to pack my items properly, but they hid the furniture pads far back so I couldn't see they hadn't been utilized properly. I submitted a complaint and was met with immediate hostility. After calling the owner/manager, he told me my furniture was of cheap quality, that I TOLD him to over pack it (I did NOT, I simply asked if it could be done and to tell me if it couldn't fit). He failed to do so, and now the majority of my furniture is RUINED. Do NOT use Texas Moving Helpers. They are ZERO help at all.
