I just want to let you know. My reservation of a moving truck did not go well. Mobile pickup is very buggy. The app hardly worked. It wouldn't accept the odometer reading even though I was typing it exact. Some how I still got through it. However we got the key compartment open and there were NO KEYS for the truck. The business we did the pickup through was closed. Thankfully one of the employees stopped by to do something and he had to open up the overnight key drop off to retrieve the keys. If he wasn't there, there would been no way for us to get the keys. Why allow us to reserve a truck without making the keys available? It set us back, made us late and all the people we had to help move we're waiting for us. It wasn't a positive experience and I won't be doing the mobile pickup again. The back of the truck wasn't swept out and the gas tank wasn't full on pickup. We swept it out for the next people even though the person before didn't and we also filled the tank. I only will recommend the location because someone just happened to be there when normally they close at that time

The back roll up door was hard to put up and down- it needs some WD-40!!

JOHN SGot the two wheeled car hauler. Worked as it should, but I'll be honest. Getting a car that doesn't run OFF of that trailer is a sumbish. Holy smokes. Almost had to do the trailer off with the car still attached. Other than that, worked great.
